No towels, mats, runners or experience needed. All you need to bring is yourself, we’ve got the rest covered for you!

Project Revive Corporate classes are specifically designed to meet the demands of office workers.

Corporate Class Types:

1. Pilates flow

Pilates flow is a gentle but invigorating Pilates class that caters for all levels and abilties. Learn the fundamentals of Pilates to increase your posture, flexibility, stability, balance and strength. Learn how to engage your core and more safely and efficiently, reducing muscle tension, imbalances and injuries in your body .With a big emphasis on flexibility and relaxation this class is the perfect balance of building strength, stability and flexibility. 2. Pilates Power

A rigorous and dynamic class that allows you to work out in a safe, fun and challenging environment. This class will improve your mobility and posture, strengthen your whole body (core, back, arms, legs and all the little muscles in between) and improve your balance and stability. You will notice big changes in body tone, strength and flexibility. While the pace is increased from Pilates Flow this class is open to everyone. We modify all exercises to cater for beginners but to continuously challenge you as you advance.

3. Yoga

Re-balance and restore with this gentle but steady practise. Our yoga flow will help you de-stress, build strength and flexibility to benefit your mind and body. Incorporating breathe, movement, body awareness, stretching, strengthening and relaxation, you will feel rejuvenated after your practise. This is an open level class, suitable from beginners to advanced. You will be guided through postures in a flow style beginning with the basic poses but allowing for more challenging poses as your practise progresses.

4. Project HIIT

PROJECT HIIT is a fast paced workout that will get the heart rate up! HIIT (High intensity interval training) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy with short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
Just because you’re new to fitness doesn’t mean high-intensity interval training isn’t for you. As Pilates instructors we always focus on proper alignment and good posture. There is a variety of new and interesting exercises in this class, not to mention some awesome kickass tunes!

5. Meditation

This is a wonderful way to revitalise and re-energise your mind and body. In a meditation session we learn how to re-centre ourselves and find peace and tranquility amongst the chaos. You can train your mind to tune out unwanted stress and tension. Mindfulness guided meditation can be seated or lying down

6. Ballet Barre

Barre Barre is a super fun exercise class that combines ballet inspired exercises, Pilates and HIIT training to give you a cardio and toning class all in one. We work the big muscles of your body but also target the smaller muscle groups to sculpt and tone your body. This class brings the shakes! The upbeat pace will have your heart rate up. You burn a bundle of calories while defining arms, tummy, legs and thighs and laughing the whole way through.
