P I L A T E S

Pilates 1

Pilates 1

(or Pilates 1-2)

This is a simple to follow full body conditioning class that is both educational and restorative. It is perfect for anyone new to Pilates, complete fitness beginners, anyone working with an injury or an imbalance in their body and for anyone who just feels like a more gentle practice.

You will uncover the basic principles of Pilates (that you will need for all other Pilates classes) as well as focussing on fundamental movements that will improve your posture in a safe environment with individual attention. In this class we focus on simple and effective movements to allow you to find stability, mobility, balance and strength. You won’t regret taking this class!

Pilates 2

Pilates 2

A step up from Pilates 1, Pilates 2 allows you to find the perfect balance of strength and mobility from head to toe. You will uncover strong fundamental movements that will improve your strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and your posture in a safe and re-energising way. It is a full body conditioning class that is both functional and fun! This class is not suitable for complete beginners, however we do give lots of variations for those that have just moved up from Pilates 1 classes.

Pilates 3

Pilates 3

A strong, advanced and powerful workout where you will flex, extend, rotate and discover strength throughout. This class is strong and suitable for experienced pilates practitioners only. Pilates 3 will help you to strengthen your core, back, arms and legs, improve your posture, increase your flexibility and destress your body and mind. Make sure you have water nearby for this one!

We advise that if you are a beginner or working with an injury or specific imbalance in your body then please start with Pilates 1 and work your way up to Pilates 2 and then eventually Pilates 3!

 

YOGA

Revive Yoga

Revive Yoga Flow - A Vinyasa inspired practice.

This class is suitable for everyone including beginners.

In this class you will move with freedom and fluidity whilst perfecting your form. If you are feeling stiff, tight, burned out or stressed this class will be the perfect solution. We focus on deep realignment, tailored instruction and correct form as you move through some gorgeous flow sequences. An enjoyable workout, with time to master the building blocks of a great yoga practice.


PRE & POST NATAL

Pre & Post natal Pilates

Pre/post natal courses

These courses are suitable for anyone who is pregnant or post natal. No previous Pilates experience is needed. The classes combine a mix of pre and post natal Pilates and strength & conditioning exercises. With a strong focus on how to activate and release your pelvic floor through breath, this class will aim to improve your flexibility, strength, and breathing throughout and beyond your pregnancy. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and post pregnancy, this class will allow you to strengthen and lengthen all the right areas, allowing you to keep fit, flexible and functional throughout your pregnancy and postnatal journey. Not only that but it is a great way to meet and interact with other mums and mums-to- be.
Available onsite at the studio and we have virtual classes too.

Mats are provided.

Please make sure your doctor has given you clearance to exercise before attending.

Mum & Baby Pilates

Revive Mum & Baby

This is the perfect class for any new mum and their baby (typically aged 6 weeks -9 months). This is a postnatal Pilates class where the focus is on safely re-building strength back in your core, pelvic floor and back as well as having a ball of fun with other mums and your little ones! No previous Pilates experience needed. This class is suitable once you have clearance from your doctor to exercise. It is a gentle class with variations given.
What do you need?

We provide the mats and equipment. Your baby can stay in their basinet/carseat beside your mat or they can lie on a blanket beside you. You can leave your baby asleep or include them in the exercises (or feed/attend to them). Anything goes in this class. This is an open space for feeding, crying, nappy changing and of course some exercise too!

Pram frames can be left downstairs but bassinets/car seats can be brought into the studio. The front door will be locked for safety. Please have exercise clearance from your doctor before attending this class.


1-1 PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private & Semi-Private sessions

Are you a complete beginner and don’t know where to start? Do You have an injury or an imbalance in your body? Do you want to deepen your practice and learn how to do Pilates correctly? Would you like a movement assessment to understand your daily movement habits and how you can correct them? Would you prefer 1-1 individual attention rather then a group class? If the answer is yes to any of the above then a 1-1 private session (or 1-2 semi private) is for you! These sessions are designed and tailored to meet your needs thus allowing you to reach your desired goals so much quicker. We have Pilates teachers, Yoga teachers and movement specialists that all take 1-1 and 1-2 private sessions at the studio. Prices start at €70. To enquire more please drop us an email.
