Pre & Post natal classes online & at the studio
Revive Pre & Post natal classes | This class combines a mix of pre and post natal Pilates and strength & conditioning exercises. With a strong focus on how to activate and release your pelvic floor through breath, this class will aim to improve your flexibility, strength, and breathing throughout and beyond your pregnancy. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and post pregnancy, this class will allow you to strengthen and lengthen all the right areas, allowing you to keep fit, flexible and functional throughout your pregnancy and postnatal journey. Not only that but it is a great way to meet and interact with other mums and mums-to- be.

Revive Mum & Baby is the perfect class for any new mum and their baby (typically aged 0-9 months). This is a Post Natal Pilates class where the focus is on safely re-building strength back in your core, pelvic floor and back as well as having a ball of fun with other mums and your little ones! No previous Pilates experience needed. This class is suitable once you have clearance from your doctor to exercise. It is a gentle class with variations given.
What do you need?
We provide the mats and equipment. Your baby can stay in their basinet/carseat beside your mat or they can lie on a blanket beside you. You can leave your baby asleep or include them in the exercises (or feed/attend to them). Anything goes in this class. This is an open space for feeding, crying, nappy changing and of course some exercise too!
Pram frames can be left downstairs but bassinets/car seats can be brought into the studio. The front door will be locked for safety. Please have exercise clearance from your doctor before attending this class.

REVIVE POSTNATAL WORKSHOP
This workshop is designed to safely help your body back to full strength after pregnancy and childbirth. As a new mum finding time to exercise can be hard to come by and knowing what exercises are safe can be a concern. The Revive Postnatal Workshop combines an appropriate and safe mix of Pilates based and strength based exercises. In this workshop we will focus on pelvic floor strengthening and awareness as well as stretching and mobility exercises. The goal of this workshop is to give you confidence, strength and knowledge to know how to safely return to exercise and an understanding of your body's postural, pelvic floor abdominal muscle changes that have occurred throughout your time being pregnant.

Baby Infant Massage
with Carla Roberts
Infant Massage is the very special art of using nurturing touch to communicate with your baby, to show them that they are loved, welcomed and respected and that they can feel safe and secure in their new world. It is a wonderful way of bonding with your baby as it works on an emotional as well as a physical level, developing closeness between parent and baby that has lifelong benefits. Parents/Caregivers massage their own baby using a specifically designed series of strokes. This series combines Indian and Swedish massage along with Reflexology techniques and some gentle yoga-based exercises into a routine designed to be beneficial for infants.
In addition to learning infant massage, you will have the time and opportunity to connect with new, likeminded parents over tea, coffee & most importantly CHOCOLATE!
