Project Revive’s corporate wellness sessions and events bring the best form of physical and mindful movement to your work space both onsite and online. Re-energise, refocus and revitalise your team’s body and mind to increase workplace productivity.

We offer a range of wellbeing workshops, classes and events. Our sessions are also specifically designed to meet the demands of office workers and will improve your team’s posture, reduce pain brought on from sitting at a desk or being on your feet all day, help to manage stress, increase mindfulness, teach you how to meditate and find calmness outside of work demands. We will also bring your team together in a fun and positive way.

YOGA

A blissful relaxing Yoga class that is suitable for everyone including complete beginners. In this class you will move with freedom and fluidity whilst perfecting your form. If you are feeling stiff, tight, burned out or stressed this class will be the perfect solution. We focus on deep realignment, tailored instruction and correct form as you move through some gorgeous flow sequences. We will finish with some calming meditation and breathwork allowing you to unwind. After this class you will feel completely revitalised and re-energised from head to your toes.  So roll out your mat and enjoy!

MEDITATION

This is a wonderful way to revitalise and re-energise your mind and body. One of our experts will lead you and your team through the basic steps of meditation with some simple to follow breathwork tools. In this session we learn how to re-centre ourselves and find peace and tranquility amongst the chaos of work demands, anxiety and stress. This session can be done seated or lying down. Meditation can have many health benefits, from physical to mental and emotional.

S O U N D H E A L I N G

SOUND HEALING MEDITATION

Explore the mind and body through a magical connection with the sound frequencies of the Himalayan singing bowls.This transformative journey allows your mind and body to access the realms for a deep restoration. As your awareness will be guided to enter an altered state of consciousness possible for the relaxation and healing to occur, the sounds will trigger a sympathetic nervous system response that lowers the blood pressure, slows the heart rate, relieves stress and anything that does not serve you now. Sound baths are a unique experience to indulge and nurture your soul, as you surrender to let the vibrations of instruments shower your energetical, emotional, physical, spiritual levels and many others. This session can be done seated or lying down

Sound healing is a really unique relaxing experience.

P R E & P O S T N A T A L

Pre & Post natal Yoga/Pilates

This session is suitable for anyone who is pregnant or post natal. No previous Pilates/Yoga experience is needed. The session combines a mix of pre and post natal Pilates and Yoga exercises. With a strong focus on how to activate and release your pelvic floor through breath, this class will aim to improve your flexibility, strength, and breathing throughout and beyond your pregnancy. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and post pregnancy, this class will allow you to strengthen and lengthen all the right areas, allowing you to keep fit, flexible and functional throughout your pregnancy and postnatal journey. Not only that but it is a great way to meet and interact with other mums and mums-to- be.

PROJECT HIIT is a fast paced workout that will get the heart rate up! HIIT is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy with short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
Just because you’re new to fitness doesn’t mean high-intensity interval training isn’t for you. As exercise experts we always focus on proper alignment and good posture. There is a variety of new and interesting exercises in this class, not to mention some awesome kickass tunes!
