How do you sign up for the online class and how will it work?
Sign up as usual for your class above or use the MINDBODY app.
Registration for an online class closes 20 minutes before the class start time so advanced registration is essential in order to get access to the live stream and the recordings.
Once you have booked your online class you will receive an email with a unique link to join the class via zoom.us approximately 10-15 minutes before class.
Zoom can be accessed from your desktop, phone or tablet. When you click your unique link to join the class you will be taken to zoom directly. You need a zoom account. It is free to set up and it is different from your Revive mindbody account. Both Apple and Android apps can be found in each respective app store. Alternatively Zoom can be accessed directly from your web browser.
We recommend you log in for your first online class early, as Zoom has about 2 minutes of setup.
As you join the class you won't be visible (we will just see your name). You will see your Revive teacher.
You are welcome to turn your video on so we can see you and make sure that you are working hard. But of course you can leave your camera off.
There will be a cancellation policy of 5 hours prior to the start time of class.

REVIVE POSTNATAL WORKSHOP
This workshop is designed to safely help your body back to full strength after pregnancy and childbirth. As a new mum finding time to exercise can be hard to come by and knowing what exercises are safe can be a concern. The Revive Postnatal Workshop combines an appropriate and safe mix of Pilates based and strength based exercises. In this workshop we will focus on pelvic floor strengthening and awareness as well as stretching and mobility exercises. The goal of this workshop is to give you confidence, strength and knowledge to know how to safely return to exercise and an understanding of your body's postural, pelvic floor abdominal muscle changes that have occurred throughout your time being pregnant.
