We focus on deep realignment, tailored instruction and correct form as you move through some gorgeous flow sequences. The class can include anything from shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, press-ups, shuttle-runs to lots of core work and mobility work. Like all our classes this class is for the lads and the gals of all ages and fitness standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.
