How do you sign up for the online class and how will it work?
 

  1. Sign up as usual for your class above or using the MINDBODY app.

  2. Registration for an online class closes 20 minutes before the start of class so advanced registration is essential in order to get access to the live stream.

  3. Once you have booked your online class you will receive an email with a unique link to join the class via zoom.us approximately 15 minutes before class.

  4. Zoom can be accessed from your desktop, phone or tablet.  When you click your unique link to join the class you will be taken there directly.  Both Apple and Android apps can be found in each respective app store.  Alternatively it can be accessed directly from your web browser.

  5. We recommend you log in for your first online class early, as Zoom has about 2 minutes of setup.

  6. As you join the class you won't be visible (we will just see your name). You will see your Revive teacher.

  7. You are welcome to turn your video on so we can see you and make sure that you are working hard.

  8. There will be a cancellation policy of 5 hours prior to the start time of class.

We offer private one to one sessions tailored to meet your needs

Mini Revivers Kids Yoga | A class for the mini people in your life. Creative and fun movement classes designed to maintain flexibility and strength, stimulate imagination and teach and encourage correct breathing and mindfulness. Through imaginative and explorative movement, games, story and mindfulness practice these classes provide an array of opportunity to develop self-awareness, positive thinking and ability to calm the mind and focus. An invaluable opportunity for children to learn lifelong skills in an energetic and positive environment.

Melissa is an experienced, passionate and energetic primary school teacher. She is a health and well-being enthusiast and believes that movement and mindfulness are essential in the often hectic and ever busy lives of children. Through yoga, imaginative and explorative movement, breathing and mindfulness she aims to teach children how to release stress and anxiety and increase confidence and happiness.
